The site is located at the heart of the Jerusalem hills, about fifteen kilometers from  the centre of Jerusalem. It streches on two hill extentions - Sensan & Kitron, that are situated south of road 39 and road 375.
The project is a part of a plan of the new town of Zur Hadassa and will contain 14,000 housing units ,public institutions and buildings for   comercial & employment purposes.
